7. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Owner shall be named as Additional Insured on all policies.
8. OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide access to the Property during agreed times
- Ensure utilities (power, water) are operational
- Remove personal valuables not to be included in production
- Notify neighbors of filming activity if required
9. PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Restore Property to original condition upon completion
- Pay for any damages caused during production
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
- Maintain safety standards and comply with all laws
- Provide Certificate of Insurance prior to first day of production
10. PROPERTY ALTERATIONS

11. CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 14 days notice: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 7-14 days notice: 50% refund

12. RIGHTS AND RELEASES
Owner grants Producer the right to photograph, film, and record the Property and to use such recordings in perpetuity for the production and its promotion. Owner waives any right to inspect or approve the finished production.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
Producer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Producer's use of the Property, except for claims arising from Owner's negligence or misconduct.
